During Your Stay

• Children must be supervised around the pool

• Please avoid running around the pool area

• NO glass or bottles by the pool (Fine €1000 for any destructions)

• Please leave the BBQ clean after use

• NO smoking, viping inside the Villa (Punishable by a fine of €200)

• Please lock doors, windows and turn off the lights too, when leaving the property.

• Dispose of rubbish regularly and respectfully

• No parties or events after 23.00 / 11:00 pm

• The villa is located in a residential area — thank you for respecting neighbors

• Quiet hours after 23.00 (11:00 PM).

• Please keep noise levels respectful after 11:00 PM

• WI-FI will be shared upon arrival

• Read the kitchen rules in the kitchen

• Report any issues promptly so we can assist
