This 5-bedroom villa is rented exclusively as a whole in peak season, making it ideal for families and groups who value privacy, comfort, and space.

How Booking Works

Booking & Payment

• Prices are based on season

• A booking is confirmed once the required payment is received

• The remaining payment must be paid 30 days before arrival

• The lead guest must be 28 years or older

Seasonal Pricing

We offer two seasonal price levels:

• Peak Season (summer & high-demand periods)

• Off-Peak Season (spring, autumn & winter)

Check Inn / Check Out

• Check-in: From 4:00 PM*

• Check-out: By 11:00 AM*

• Wi-Fi: Details provided on arrival

• Late check-in after 22:00 (10pm) may incur a €40 fee.

• Children 2 years old and over should be included in the guest count when booking. For children under 2, there is a flat charge of 175 Euro and includes a high chair and cot with bedding. Please indicate this in your remarks when requesting to book and the fee will be added to the booking.

• Tourist Tax – Albufeira has recently implemented a Tourist Tax of 2 Euro per person per day up to 7 days. This tax is included in the quotation when making a booking.

• Cleaning Fee – Unlike many villa owners, we do NOT charge a separate cleaning fee for stays of ONE WEEK or longer. However, if we require more effort to clean than is typical, we may request the excess cost to be reimbursed. This has been an extremely rare occurrence and we thank our past guests for this.

• Cleaning Services – We perform one cleaning service during a 2 week's stay or longer. If you require additional cleaning and/or change of linen/towels less one week,during your stay this can be provided at an additional cost. Please inquire.

• Guests always have exclusive use of the entire villa, garden, and pool

Changes to Bookings

• Date changes are subject to availability

• Price differences may apply if dates fall into a different season

Security Deposit

• A refundable security deposit of will be required.

• Returned within 7 days after check-out, provided no damage has occurred
