2. Booking Terms & Conditions

Booking Information

Booking confirmed: Once the required 50% deposit has been received.

Remaining balance: Due 30 days before arrival.

Bookings made within 30 days of arrival: Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Security deposit: A refundable security deposit is required before arrival.

Payments must be completed before arrival to receive check-in details.

Exclusive use of the villa (unless otherwise agreed)

Maintenance & Access

The owners or appointed service providers may need access to the property for essential maintenance or emergency repairs. Whenever possible, guests will be informed in advance, and privacy will always be respected.

3. Pricing Structure

Pricing
Rental rates, seasonal pricing, minimum stays and applicable fees are displayed at the time of booking and confirmed before payment.

Season definitions, minimum stays, and final pricing are confirmed directly at the time of booking.

Check-in: From 15:00

Check-out: By 11:00

Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

5. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit of €500 is required

Deposit is charged prior to arrival

Returned within 7 days after check-out, subject to inspection

Any damages, excessive cleaning, or rule violations may be deducted

6. House Rules

To maintain a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment:

The villa is for holiday accommodation only

Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded

No parties, events, or large gatherings without written approval

Quiet hours must be respected, especially in the evenings

Smoking/vaping is not permitted inside the villa

NO Pets allowed

No HEN parties or STAG parties

Guests are responsible for the condition of the property during their stay. Any damage must be reported immediately.

Serious or repeated breaches of the House Rules may result in termination of the stay without refund, subject to applicable law.

7. Liability & Safety

Guests use the property and its facilities at their own responsibility. Villa Tahir cannot accept responsibility for loss, theft, accidents or injury except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

Children must be supervised at all times, particularly around the swimming pool and outdoor areas. Pool use is entirely at the guest’s responsibility.
