2. Booking Terms & Conditions

Reservation & Payment

• A booking is confirmed once a 50% deposit of the total rental amount has been received.

• The remaining 50% balance must be paid no later than 30 days prior to arrival.

• For bookings made within 30 days of arrival, full payment is required immediately.

• Payments must be completed before arrival to receive check-in details.

What’s Included

Rental prices include:

• Exclusive use of the villa (unless otherwise agreed)

• Wi-Fi

• Air conditioning and heating

• Private swimming pool

• BBQ area

• Outdoor parking

• Utilities (water and electricity under normal usage

Maintenance & Access

The owners or appointed service providers may need access to the property for essential maintenance or emergency repairs. Whenever possible, guests will be informed in advance, and privacy will always be respected.

3. Pricing Structure

• Peak Season: €5,000 per week (entire villa)

• Off-Peak Season: Reduced weekly rates apply

• Room-by-room rental: Available during off-peak periods upon request only

Season definitions, minimum stays, and final pricing are confirmed directly at the time of booking.

Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: From 16:00

• Check-out: By 11:00

Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

4. Cancellation Policy

• More than 60 days before arrival: Full refund of the deposit

• 30–59 days before arrival: 50% refund of the deposit

• Less than 30 days before arrival: No refund

If the villa is successfully rebooked for the same dates, Villa Tahir may, at its discretion, refund part or all of the amount paid.

5. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit may be required prior to arrival. This deposit covers potential damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning. The deposit will be returned within 7 days after check-out, subject to a satisfactory inspection.

6. House Rules

To maintain a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment:

• The villa is for holiday accommodation only

• Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded

• No parties, events, or large gatherings without written approval

• Quiet hours must be respected, especially in the evenings

• Smoking is not permitted inside the villa

• Pets are only allowed with prior approval (if applicable)

Guests are responsible for the condition of the property during their stay. Any damage must be reported immediately.

7. Liability & Safety

Guests stay at Villa Tahir at their own risk. The owners are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during the stay.

Children must be supervised at all times, particularly around the swimming pool and outdoor areas. Pool use is entirely at the guest’s responsibility.
